Yeah it's pretty bad, try getting rid of these cheeks, growing up will help, and treat your skin.. Eyes asymmetrical with a nct, nose bad, thin upper lip.

Buccal fat removal for cheeks but it ages bad(not for minors), consider lowering your bf to 10%, I think it will help. For nct you need a surgery tho it's risky, I think just embrace it, get longer lashes to cover it by bimatoprost. Lip filler for lips, rhinoplasty for nose otherwise cover your nose using a tape. For skin tretinoin or accutane obviously with azelaic acid. Do your own research for more. I think growing up will help a lot since you still have a "baby face". Make sure to sleep well, eat well.
