This guide is intended on how to ascend a below average male, ideally between the ages of 18-25. Everything here is already known by this forum, but maybe reading this can give some users clarity on what their priorities should be
Step 0: Hygiene
It needs to be perfect, anything that deviates from the below is a significant failo. Hopefully most users have already done this
* Shower daily
* Fix any skin/dermatological problems
* Wear clean clothes
* Use deodorant and cologne
* Clip your nails frequently
* Get a haircut/shave regularly (unless you're growing your hair out or beardfrauding)
Step 1: Lose weight
Average male has a body that is unaesthetic to women as it's skinny fat. Muscle mass is always good but that shouldn't be the main priority in the beginning - the main goal should be to become lean first. Bluepilled redditors will always suggest bulking to make use of "beginner gains" or some shit like that, never ever bulk. The most you should ever eat is maybe 300-500 calories (a lean bulk) above your maintenance if needed for muscle growth and your bodyfat is low enough to do that. Facial aesthetics is king, and becoming lean maximizes this. What I'm saying is:
Step 1.1: Eat at maintenance or at caloric deficit to get to a low bodyfat percentage, at least until abs show
Step 1.2: Once you've gotten lean enough eat at maintenance/+300/500 calories to build more muscle
The MAIN thing here is to never have significant amounts of excess fat on your body. Aim to be between 10-16% bodyfat constantly
I cannot emphasize enough how essential it is to be lean -when male models become fat, they become descend hard. Leanness is a requirement.
Step 2: Softmaxing
The effects of this are deeply underrated on this forum. If you have all these objectives completed it's a huge boost:
* If you have glasses, get lasik/contacts
* If your teeth are crooked, use invisalign(or some other clear retainers) to make them have perfect alignment. If they're not noticeably white, get them professionally whitened or use crest whitening strips
* If you're white, get a slight tan for a healthy coloring. If you're not white, consider whitemaxing (however this is debated, may not objectively improve your looks)
* Skinmaxx in order to achieve perfect skin. Suncream, moisturise, cleanse daily
* Wear 1-2 inch lifts
Step 3: Surgery
You should've fully completed steps 0, 1, and 2 before you consider surgery. You should target your failos, for example a recessed chin. This is unironically where the bluepilled information may help you significantly, as your biggest barrier to getting laid now is finding girls that would be willing to fuck you. Some tips:
* Go to every social event possible that has women present
* Use alcohol to socially loosen yourself
* Watch out for signs of IOIs and warm approach women
* Get comfortable with small talk, befriend as many people as possible
* Grow your social circle and try to meet women through that
* Grow your instagram followers/feed and message girls on it
Step 5: Further steps
If you've been at step 4 for a number of months/years and still lack female attention, you may have to ramp things up. Things to consider at this point:
* Using steroids to get jacked
* Trying to famemaxx through tiktok/youtube
* Trying to get rich through careermaxing
