This is a height-maxing stack. In that same height-maxing stack, you are recommending calcium blockers and memantine, which prevent excitotoxicity. The calcium blocker in itself already is going to really mess up with your cells because I don't know if you know what a calcium blocker does, but essentially you're basically telling your cells to shut up. That's essentially what you're doing.

I think what you probably went and did was that you found out excitotoxicity seems to be bad for height growth in some studies and some resources. You're inferring that "if I reduce the excitotoxicity, I will grow taller".

The fact of the matter is, you don't know your excitotoxicity. You don't know where the excitotoxicity is if you have it whether it's in your visual cortex, which is really different, compared to if it's in your hypothalamus, which is different, or if it's in your prefrontal cortex, which is different, or if it's in your rostral lateral prefrontal cortex. If you have excitotoxicity in your hypothalamus, that's much worse for your growth compared to if it was in your visual cortex. Although if you did have it in your visual cortex, you would have a really rough life.

You also have the context of, if you do have excitotoxicity, what causes it? I don't think any drugs affect it because of toxicity unless you have a certain neurological issue, or if you're just abusing something that constantly needs your cells to be excited all the time.
