250mg test is very low, I'd just bump it up to 500mg as the side effect profile will be similar but double the gains. Have AI on hand and ideally use preventative measures (hcg, ezetimibe, 5aris, etc) and also make sure the time you wait in-between cycles is the equivalent length (or longer) than your cycle + pct, which in your case would be 5 months, not 3.

You have no way of knowing how responsive you will be to exogeneous hormones without injecting them, 250mg is fine but don't expect anything crazy. I also very strongly reccomend to always make sure to have AI on hand no matter what, you have no clue how much aromitization may take place as everyone reacts differently to hormones. Again, 5 months is how long you should wait; 4 months is not enough but still better than 3.

Aromatization happens to everyone. Again, you have no way of telling how your body will respond to hormones, so keeping AI on hand is a must.
