Im 6’3 facially I look like the son of both Marlon (kick streamer) and Saafir the psl god if they had a child together.
Im not lying I geniunly mean it. Although im multiple psl scores below both. I have slight recessed jaw but it looks human when I jut. Maxilla isn’t flat or recessed. I have assymetries which I geniunly believe is holding me somewhat back. And I have a long horse face due narrow mandible and cheekbones and maxilla due to braces and premolars pulled during childhood.
Here is my plan
Marlon max: accept recession but fix symmetry. Surgical interventions include filler/implants ideally implants targeted areas would be midface jaw and infras and possibly some way of widening palate not a lot just a tiny bit. Even with the braces and premolars extractions I still have 7-8 tooth show. veneers would ascend my mouth area To top it off a rhino mostly alar base reduction to increase ipd illusion and up turn the nose a bit more to decrease midface ratio. I’d come out. A tall skulled ish Marlon
Total cost 14-25k
Cons:still recessed. airway issues tmj is still there the issues are just masked will probably cause me to age pretty shit and high chance of looking uncanny
Saafir max
The most tedious but I suppose the most worth it in longevity. Including a bimax same implants as the Marlon plan excluding infras. but not as prominent as the implants mentioned before because Saafir already has a longish face. Mostly to increase symmetry Palate stays the same. I’d have a square long big jaw with a long face and big nose
Cons: gonna take 3+ years to plan and get everything done. Considering decomp for braces Healing takes another 8 months. That’s almost 4 years of subhumanity that puts me just in my prime but still missed youth.
Total cost 35-45k
