my 2 month ascension plan , tell me if this is realistic

for 2 months ill be continously on a 300cal deficit minimum and ill continue my accutane treatment , and ill continously keep my gymcelling ive been on it for 1 month and a week by now
by month 1 , ill get a hair perm
and by month 2 , ill get eye contacts. blue and green. ill see which one is the best
and by month 1/4 ill change cities! a new life ig

is hmtn achievable in a small time gap?
my goals to go from mtn to hmtn
i have hmtn appeal but im mtn objectively
