Tips on how to improve this plan would be greatly appreciated.
Starting stats.
13, 5'9 145lbs. I'm getting rated hltn rn. Hope to be a 6'2 Htn transfer student by 15-16.
Ortho Plan.
Ortho to straighten teeth+fix overbite right now is
6 Months: Upper Teeth Braces.
6-18 months: Herbst Appliance.
18-24 Months: Lower Teeth Braces.
Physique
For Cardio I'm doing martial arts like 4-3 times a week.
For Strength I'm weightlifting at school.
Diet
Currently eating 2400 calories a day to cut around .5lb a week, will stop once i see a recognizable difference.
Eating more red meat(Harder chewing for jaw), staying away from seed oils, getting good nutrients.
Curently thinking about eating like 150g of sugar daily for igf-1 signalling, please tell me if its cope.
Non Bone Facial Plan.
On minoxidl for my eyebrows atm.
Using a dermatologist prescribed skincare routine(My parents said no to accutane)
Might start volufiline soon for under eyes and my thin ass lips.
Various Copes
Doing this weird thing were i open and close my mouth quickly to somehow raise my hyoid(Don Starke Methods)
Chin Tucks, 5 second hold. 20 in morning, 20 at night.
Smashing My zygos at night, 5 ish minute sessions.
Doing weird lymphatic drainage massages with my hand, like knuckle going up the zygo and tracing my jaw.
Trying to be low cortisol.
Keeping good tounge posture.
Getting 10-20 Minutes of sunlight on Back and front for test.
Height.
Even though my dads 6'4 my moms 5'4 so i have to height max so i don't end up only 6'0.
Sleeping 8+ hours a day.
Drinking hella milk.
Potential Additions.
Igf-1 Lr3.
Melanotan 2.
Hgh if i get parents approval(Cause it's expensive.)
