What should i say to my orthodontist

What should i say to my ortho. Ofc all i care about is aesthetics, not necessarily teeth straightening. I have a slight overbite and bad maxilla. I need more ccw rotation, better mandible placing, and more lateral and vertical expansion. So I wanted to ask for mse or marpe cuz thats a requirement, im not leaving the building without them agreeing to that. Secondly i wanted headgear, ik have a slight overbite but that doesn’t change the fact that my maxilla needs more development and ccw rotation. After getting both of them for 12 months or however long its for, I will need something like damon braces or herbst or smth but thats for later. How do i tell my ortho i need headgear and mse? Also should i get something else aswell as mse and headgear?
