Na you're just an endomorph. You build muscle fast but also gain weight fast.

I'm a meso ectomorph and I build muscle at an average to slightly above average rate but I've been under 15% my whole life even when I don't do shit and eat like a pig.

Facts I don’t gain fat anymore tho so I’m good. I was tryna tell this curry that I was that fat cause I was eating to eat, while basement rotting.

I got you with a detailed timeline...
August 2017 was 395 in that pic to be exact... Started the Gym went 6 days a week very consistently. And I’ll say a 8/10 diet. Anyways got down to about 280 and stayed there to about Sept 2018. Anyways gained weight to like 320 and stayed like that for a year. Then was up to 355 again Jan 2020. Started keto and got down to 320-325 again in March. Went lazy mode again until June 1st where I transformed my life over the summer. June 1st was about 320-325 fat asf no visible muscle. StRted at the gym lifting and doing hiit cardio and jogging for as long as I could. Also did incline walks. Lost about 30-40 lbs in one month. Diet for the first month was 800 cal omad Keto meal. Lol eggs and bacon after work for a whole month. Would only drink water the rest of the day... Anyways June to Sept still
Grinded diet wasnt as strict but still clean and was in a deficit... October-Dec wasn’t much change on the scale but my waist went from a 40-36... so was losing fat gaining muscle. Nov-Dec I decided to maintain and slight surplus to gain so more muscle. So I went from 228-240. Jan 2021 started the cut again and now I’m down to 225 and a 34 waist. So the scale hasn’t been moving as much, but I’m still losing inches and gaining muscle... 395-225lb. 170 lbs lost, not sure how much muscle I put on tho.... Goal is 200-205 or Sub 15%bf

On a serious note tho my frame is big and put on a lot muscle. A lot of people don’t put on enough muscle and they have small frames. That’s why they have a lot of loose saggy skin. I’m very fortunate tho...
