the first photo was taken on october 12, 2023. the second one was taken today. i am 14 and have not yet hit puberty (jfl) imo this is low mtn to mtn but i will be minimum high mtn in the next 6 months. this is my plan:

for jaw and chin:
chewing
incisor chewing
mewing (kinda cope but the skin under my chin is very loose so it helps me personally)
light bonesmashing
cutting for more definition
light jutting
masserter massages
raising hyoid bone

for midface/mouth/maxilla:
thumbpulling at least once daily
mouth stretching to widen
lip massages
nose breathing

for eye area:
pct exercises (once again kinda cope but it has helped me slightly and i’m young so my face is more malleable)
permasquint
curling eyelashes
castor oil on eyebrows/eyelashes
derma rolling eyebrows (i’m gonna dye them in a few months)
eye drops
orbital strengthening on my lazy eye

for body:
proper posture
gymmax
playing more basketball
plyometrics
some HIIT
i’ll be targeting 3 muscle groups: chest, back, and abs
testosterone-max
growing out hair more and getting a good cut once its long enough
spinal stretching
yoga
taking supplements
eating healthy


for mentality/personality:
reading the bible
listening to more music
meditating
reading more often in general
studying on how to improve my personality as much as possible (jfl i should just move to mumbai at this point)

achievable, was the same height as you with 14 and grew to 6‘1 naturally and will still grow a bit

Every single thing on that list is an utter bullshit cope except hairmax and that you should also style better.

At your age, you should mostly focus on eating the natural diet such as meat, milk, eggs, honey, also sleepmax, healthmax, mental health max and let the puberty do it's thing. After puberty ends, then you will know what hardmaxxes you will need to do. I can tell you right now that you will need some hardmaxxes in the future.

currently i don’t plan on getting any surgeries except for maybe a deviated septum surgery but that would be because of breathing problems. i just feel like i’ll be able to fix most of my issues and be able to live a mtn-htn life without being spat at and/or needing surgeries

Just focus on eating the best food that you can(again meat, raw milk, eggs, honey) and minimize stress as much as possible, finish your development properly.

i mainly just cover my stronger eye with something at home so that my weak eye will have to do all of the work and i follow my finger with my weak eye and stuff

massage my masseter muscles (because i chew gum all the time and stress on your masseters can pull down on your outer canthus) and massage the skin around the outer parts of my eye then i just kinda pull the skin around my eye up so my eyes look positively tilted and then i squint really hard for a few reps then close my eyes hard for a few reps then repeat
