A little back story, I’ve been with my girlfriend for almost a year now. And in that time I’ve seen her naked once and otherwise she goes out of her way in ridiculous ways to hide herself from me and sex is always in pitch black lighting.
I’ve always found it a little hurtful, but she insists it’s not me and it’s just her “irrational thing”.
But this weekend she did it in a way that’s got me questioning this whole relationship. We were getting ready and talking in her master bathroom when she got in the running shower in sweats and closed the door to undress while we talked. I’m taller than the divider so I walked up to the divider to look over and talk to her.
In response she screamed at me in horror at the top of her lungs like I was some weird stranger peeping. I was mortified.
And despite me later expressing how much that hurt. She just dismisses it as though it’s not a big deal. But I can’t shake it.
