Yes I have unironically sent this message to them via their built in ban appeal system on their website:
Hello, I would have genuinely appealed every single ban that I have received prior to this, as most of them have been wrongful bans, for example, my last ban prior to this one, was given to me for "trolling" when I was in fact being serious, thus whoever banned me for "Trolling" was in the wrong, because by definition, trolling cannot be something done in a serious manner, it is something done to instigate some form of reaction on purpose, however this was not the case.
If you actually go through the entirety of my posting history, will without a doubt find that I am discussing things that are 100% on topic, and almost always serious.
Almost every single one of my bans, (95%) have been for false trolling reports, or false "Spam" or "Off-Topic" reports, but let's be real for a second right? The real reason I am getting abused by moderators here by these false reports, is because I am posting Jaks, on a Jak website.
You see, 4chan, has a culture, it has had a culture for over a decade across the many of the high population boards, which produced a myriad of OC and content, but something happened with the moderation staff, where they have gone rogue, and don't clean up their board, they try and ban people who are a part of the culture instead of people who actually break the rules.
It's quite tragic really, that a moderator who is a member of the transgender community will see a jak that he knows looks exactly like himself starts then seething when he realizes that image was not only posted in a way that does not break any rules whatsoever, but in a way that has been a part of and fits into the on-topic discussion, and perfectly within 4chan culture for over 10 years, so this rogue moderator will then decide to give out false bans commonly for "Off-Topic Posts" or "Trolling" or what have.
I can dispute almost every single ban that I have received, manually if I have to, I am perfectly willing to have a discussion about this with higher moderation staff.
With that being said, clearly as I have recognized the false bans that I have been disgracefully distributed towards myself, almost every single time, even if for example this ban was a legitimate ban upon myself,, it should not have been for 30 days, in fact if proper moderation was being conducted on /v/ you would see that the OP the thread I was replying to, should have been removed for exactly what I have been banned for today, which is exactly "Participating in or instigating a flamewar." as you can see from the bottom of OP's post.
So what is the correct course of action here? Well, as I have just about already served a 3 day ban, a justified length perhaps, for my action, I clearly shown quite a strong character aswell as awareness of the rules even above and beyond the moderation staff of this board, and possibly even this very website.
For that I think the correct action that should be taken, is not only to unban me, but to give me moderation status on /v/ as it is my main board, to allow me to properly moderate and clean up the actual off-topic discussion, in an unbiased manner, I think not only should this be the case, but the mod if not multiple moderators who have consistently been giving me false bans and warnings should be reprimanded or demodded or both for their rash and deeply corrupt behavior which has allowed /v/ to become a cesspit of non-video game discussion for years.
I think aswell, a written apology by this mod, or moderators should be issued, if they are not demodded.
