Protocol | From 75kg Retatrutide Shred to 6-Month Bone, Skin & Hair Optimization Stack (Need Feedback)
I recently completed my initial 2.5-month ascension and recomp protocol, and the results were insane. I went from 75kg down to 64kg (originally targeted 66kg, but a 10-day trip using Retatrutide completely flatlined my appetite, dropping me to 1000 kcal/day and depleting my fullness).

Now that the fat is gone and the base is set I want to take it further. I turned 18, done with the hard cut, and moving into a 6-month lean bulk, extreme skin glow, and detailed features optimization.

My current weak points are:
a slightly weak lower third (had lower jaw surgery in the past)

Upgrades
To give context, here is how my daily habits and pharmacology are evolving for this next 6-month cycle:
lFat Loss / GH:
Phase 1: Retatrutide + CJC-1295/Ipamorelin
Phase 2 (adding):HGH Frag (176-191) @ 250mcg ED (holding fat off while eating over maintenance)

Injectable Skincare:
Phase 1: Melanotan 1 (MT-1) for pigment
Phase 2 (adding):GHK-Cu @ 2 mg ED + Glutathione (Titrated up to 100mg 2x/week for ultimate skin glow)

Oral Pharma:
Phase 1: Accutane 20mg ED
Phase 2 (changing):Accutane 5mg ED (Dropping dose down to cruise safely and protect the skin barrier)

Hair:
Phase 1: Topical Minox on brows
Phase 2 (adding):5mg Oral Minoxidil ED
(adding oral to max out overall hair density)

Bloat Control:
Phase 1: None
Phase 2 (adding): Eplerenone 25mg ED (Crucial to fight and nuke the Oral Minox water retention)

Topical Skin:
Phase 1: Tretinoin (Alternate days)
Phase 2 (changing): Tretinoin 0.025%(Stepped up to every single night)

Facial fat:
Phase 1: Overall systemic deficit (and reta)
Phase 2 (adding): Lemon Bottle Lipolysis (Targeting stubborn jawline and submental fat directly)

Note: I am maintaining my baseline routines: Gym 5x/week, Kickboxing 2x/week, posture/neck training every other day, and my staple supplement stack (Omega-3, D3/K2, Magnesium, Zinc, Creatine and vitamin d3).

Comprehensive 6-Month Protocol

Peptides:

HGH Frag (176-191) (Lean Mass/Fat Blocker): 250 mcg every morning on an empty stomach or pre-cardio.
Total needed: 45.5 mg1 kit of 10x 5mg vials fits perfectly.

GHK-Cu (Skin Repair & Collagen): 2 mg subcutaneously injected daily.
Total needed: 364 mg. 1 kit of 10x 50mg vials gives a solid buffer.

Glutathione (Skin Glow / Tone Evening):
Weeks 1–3:* Titrating up from 25mg to 75mg 2x/week.
Weeks 4–26:* 100 mg twice a week maintenance.
Total needed:* ~4.9g. 1 kit of 10x 1500mg vials leaves plenty over.

Procedure:

Lemon Bottle: Localized jaw/chin fat melting. 1 kit (10x 10ml vials) for multiple localized runs.

Pharma Stack:

Oral Minoxidil: 5 mg ED (Massive upgrade over topical for hyper-dense hair/brows).

Accutane: 5 mg ED micro-dose to maintain the 12-month clear skin clearing without crushing systemic health.

Tretinoin Cream 0.025%: Applied nightly.

Eplerenone 25mg: 1 tablet daily to block aldosterone-induced bloating from the Oral Minoxidil.

Next Phase: Bones & Fine Features (Advice Needed)

Now that I am lean, my main focus is structural masculine upgrades. I'm looking for direct feedback on three specific areas:
1. Androgens for Bones: Since I've already had lower jaw surgery, I want to optimize further. I am researching androgens/PED stacks specifically for late-stage bone remodeling and density. I want to do this safely as a long-term project. What compounds/dosages actually work for jaw/brow ridge thickening at this stage?

2. Lips & Chin Filler: Planning a total of 0.5ml hyaluronic acid filler split between the lips (focusing on the upper lip to fix fullness proportions) and filling in my chin cleft to streamline the lower third profile. Anyone here have experience with minor fillers shifting or looking unnatural?

3. Eyelashes: The Ordinary serum did nothing for me. I dye them jet black every 2 weeks, but I need real growth. I refuse to use liquid minox near my eyes to protect my sclera. Is Latisse (Bimatoprost) or Lumigan safe regarding orbital fat loss, or is there a better hormonal lash growth pathway?

4. De-bloating: Is 25mg Eplerenone enough to keep the face bone-dry while on 5mg Oral Minoxidil, or should I scale it up or swap to an ARB like Telmisartan?

Let me know what you guys think of the transition.
Drop your thoughts below.

Seems good idk, but how tf a 2008 kid fresh out of high school or w/e can afford all that?

if ur lower third is weak the last thing u want to do is inject fat dissolver especially if you're already lean

You look pretty much ascended already if Im being honest. Alot of this stuff you have listed such as minoxodil and accutane seems at most to be barely neccesary. Its probably a better idea to start using dutasteride actually instead of minoxodil. Reta also seems unnecessary, I would just save the money and starvemaxx until I reached my desired results if I were you.

I am already on Reta but this was unclear in the post. Build it up to 1,5mg twice a week and i am now cruising on 0,5mg once a week

From the front my face tends to get pretty rounded and unsharp do you think I shouldn’t consider lemon bottle then?

Peptides and pharmaceuticals are pretty affordable on the grey market and my surgery was paid for by insurance for the most part only ended up paying 2k myself out of 32k

ur chin looks recessed id bonesmash it if i were u
That’s the problem I’m dealing with the most rn got fucking lower jaw surgery and my chin put forward and that shit is still ressesed o also have a cleft chin. Thing with Bonesmashing is though there is 0 evidence it actually works

i will need to do more research on Bonesmashing but as far as I know there is no actual evidence of wolfs law and Indont want to fick up my chin so still doing research on that
