Here is my workout routine for 8 pack rock hard abs
Reminder these are high intensity tough workouts. Proceed with caution. You will need a fit ball.
1. Planks on the ball, you can do circles to make it harder and raise your leg.
2. pikes with the ball. Go in a pushup position and put the ball under your legs. Then pull the ball under your stomach with your legs. You can do a harder version called the runningman. This involves one leg forward and one leg back moving the ball. Your abs will be rock hard like crazy.
3. V ups with alternating the ball between your hands and feet. Lay on your back and put the ball over your head, then bring your arms and legs up and put the ball in your legs. Keep alternating but DONT let your arms or legs touch the ground. This will work your upper and lower abs. Very difficult.
Do these everyday to achieve 8 pack and finally get girls wet at beach
