My 8mm genioplasty results

This pic was taken 2 years before the surgery, just to flex my subhumanity

This one was one day before the surgery

After :

This was a few hours after the surgery, I think that I was low chadlite in this pic

The true results

Conclusion :

I'm very satisfied with the results, even if some people online have told me that I'm still recessed, which is partially true in the sense that if you analyze my side my chin is very far from ideal. I think that this hardmax has ascended my side by at least 1 psl

I also need to talk about something I've hardly seen anyone talk about, which is recovery time. If you're considering genioplasty or even another surgery, consider this, it's much longer than I thought, and it can lookmin you during that time (I also removed my wisdom teeth so it may have accentuated). I've had some comments at school because I was yellow and a bit puffy and people said I didn't have the same face anymore jfl

All of that to still have a sub 5 hyoid btw

I'm proud of you, you saw a problem and you took action unlike most high inhibition normies. You don't have chin projection like Barret ofc, but it's a lot better a situation now.

Because it was my orthodentist who told me to have the surgery and that I only needed a genio. I think she originally wanted to do a crazy surgery where they'd break both my jaws and I'd have to stop chewing hard foods for 8 weeks post-op, (I don't know the name but I imagine it was a bimax), but my parents and I found it too heavy (I wasn't bp before) and so did the other doctors we consulted, I'm only 16 btw. After idk if I made the right choice
