its different for everyone, but the general outline is the more acne you have the worse the purging will be.

Oh qben I've seen u on the cord lol.

And yea it's diff for everyone, for me personally the purge isn't bad at all and I'm on 80mg.

I do take oral antihistamines though which has a loose anecdotal correlation with easing the purging phase.

i mean it’s not guaranteed i didn’t really get one, but to be fair i was only on 10mg for the first month

ive been on it now for 7 days, i purged on the 2nd day now its clearing up. so hopefully it goes well from here
