my accutane has made me not have the urge to masturbate

My accutane I expect has been making me not wanting to masturbate for a few months. I pushed through it and I would still manage to masturbate but my cumshots do not feel as good as they used to

Another thing, I haven’t masturbated for the last 3 days and I have no urge to. The little dopamine I gain is not more important than the mess I have to clean up every time

Yea it can happen with accutane . Some even say they it can cause lasting ED but I’m a bit skeptical. But if it’s just when you take it I mean it could be a good thing right, you can think clearer. Except if you’re with a girl you wouldn’t want it to cause problems. Also you are probably on a normal dose, if it’s low dosed usually there are few sides.
