Sliding Genioplasty
Otoplasty
Rhinoplasty (shrink my nose a bit)
Buccal Fat Removal
Braces/invisalign

before anyone says Bimax, I was heavily debating it and doing a full trimax but I dont want to wait a year and also spend an insane amount of money on one surgry when I can use the money to get everything above instead.
Please let me know anything else I should get!

Your lips look like your biggest flaw

I wouldn't recommend buccal fat removal as your face already looks narrow as is. I'd sooner recommend some form of cheek implants to create a fuller more developed face.

Cheek implant results

Cheek1

(cheek implants)

Unless you have a bite problem that needs correcting bimax would be overkill. Trimax is just bimax with genioplasty and in all honesty provided you don't have a bite problem I'd sooner recommend sliding genioplasty alone. Your profile may look recessed but nothing really out of the normie range of recession so a simpler solution should suffice.

Genio cortes

(sliding genioplatsy + rhinoplasty)

Your nose already looks small, it's just a bit disproportionately large due to chin recession. I'd sooner fix your chin issue and then see if you're still unhappy with your nose. Most people who tackle their nose before addressing any other failos usually end up with subpar results for diagnosing the wrong problem.

Otoplasty and invisalign sound like good enough choices to me.

All good, although I'd suggest some things:
  1. Don't do buccal fat removal, no one, and I mean NO ONE looks good after the procedure, you're probably not even lean enough, and regardless, it's not a good look unless you're trying to walk on a runway.
  2. Don't do rhinoplasty, ever heard the phrase "fix your chin, not your nose"? This is an excellent case for that, your nose is not too big, your jaw is just recessed, so if you fix your chin first, your nose will actually look balanced.
  3. Based on your lip positioning and side profile I suspect you may have some issues with your bite, and that your chin isn't the only thing recessed in your jaw. If you have ANY issues with your bite when you to discuss invisaling or braces with your orthodontist, see if you're a good candidate for jaw surgery instead, DOUBLE jaw surgery because it appears your maxilla is recessed as well. You can also add the genioplasty in there if you want, but pushing your mandible and maxilla forward will offer better results than just doing the chin.
Otoplasty is a smart move. PLEASE, if you want the best cosmetic results, take the blow if you can afford it and just do the trimax, I'm not a doctor, again, discuss that along with your orthodontics treatment, but from what I see you're a perfect fit for it.

Thank you both, I think I will begin with otoplasty, braces/invisalign and genio. although for the buccal fat removal, I have seen some crazy good acensions from a few users on here who got it and personally spoke to them. I am lean already but maybe cause boneless or something I have puffy cheeks that stick out and give a rounder face.

Yeah chubby cheeks despite being lean are usually a sign of lacking lateral malar growth. I have the same issue myself. An implant specifically placed to widen the cheeks can help to bring shape and tightness to the area.

Implantech malar2

One small test that you can try yourself is to pull your cheek sideways to see if it ascends you. Remember not to pull upwards as that's beyond the scope of an implant and leans into what a face lift is needed for. Just pull sideways.

Get implants for your lower jaw instead of Genio if you want, your midface is fine
