My acne is nerfing me.

My acne has been brutal recently, having lots of breakouts and getting scars even without popping them. I use tretinoin and started with niacinemede, but it really feels like they don't help. I've gotten some slightly deep scars as well, so I was wondering about microneedling? Any advice would help

I literally have the exact same acne and scarring as you just do tren for now mines getting a bit better rn my skin is clear it's just my scarring looks like acne
