I need advice ive ben on tret for months and my acne still popped up. My acne is mild and my skin care routine is like this:
So im thinking if i should go on a low dose accutane even tho my acne is mild? I eharad it also stops acne permanently.

I also heard adaplene mogs tret by so much maybe i might get that and switch it with tret but idk. Is accutane a bad ROI for me or the side affects of accutane is just overhyped? What do you guys advice me?

MORNING:

Matrixyl 300
Roid cream for my nose
moisturizer

Night:
Cleanser
Moisturizer
Tret %0.5
Moisturizer

Night 2
Cleanser
Ghk Cu topical

Absolutely, acne is disgusting—we don't want it coming back.

It's also good for anti-aging.
i once took 20 mg of accutane and i felt a bit weird and bad maybe it was because of my first time tking it but i also was scared of it could make a allergy on me cuz i heard accutane could mke some allergy on some people and it could lead to severe problems. So maybe i should take it with the help of an dermatolog what do you think? Or im just overthinking?

Accutane was a lifesaver, if you struggle with acne constantly and no skincare helps, just hop on it; I megadosed for 3 months on 40-60mg and it completely cleared my acne, and stopped future breakouts, dont believe the bs about the side effects, it's hell while on it but once you stop it's so worth it.

Your body could develop an allergy to anything, you're overthinking—majority of people will be fine on it.

Don’t take accutane you will die

in my experience acne and shit on ur face is mainly diet

packaged shit, fast food all contribute to it
i eat healthy bro i dont consume sugar or any fast food i eat clean, take my vitamins, workout daily, i drink water, im a active person but my acne still pops

Yes — Accutane (isotretinoin) can rarely trigger allergic reactions, though most people tolerate it without true allergies. Here’s what’s known:

Possible allergic reactions

  • Mild (more common): rash, itching, mild redness, dry skin that looks like an allergy but is actually a side effect.
  • True allergic reaction (rare): hives, swelling (face, lips, tongue, throat), severe rash, or trouble breathing.

How severe can it be?

  • For most patients, it’s mild and limited to skin reactions.
  • Severe reactions (like anaphylaxis or serious skin reactions such as Stevens–Johnson syndrome) are very rare but medically urgent.

👉 If someone develops hives, swelling, or difficulty breathing while on isotretinoin, that’s an emergency and they should seek medical care right away.
👉 If there’s just mild skin irritation, it’s usually a common side effect, not a true allergy, but should still be discussed with the prescribing doctor.

You can go to derma they will give you easily

Not tudca maybe Liv 52 or something similar cause ir aint that strong

yeah but i dont wanna damge my liver in the long term too like would 40 mg too much for my mild acne? daily?
Depends on your weight and age
40 is a little over the normal quantity for a 70 kg male you can take it tho

About liver see my previous response
