I just wanted to post this thread because I don’t want other people to fall into the same trap I did.
For me, diet has been one of the biggest factors in improving my acne, depression, low confidence, low libido, brain fog, and overall energy.
I’ve been following a version of the primal diet for about a month. I still sear my meat slightly because I just can’t get used to eating it completely raw, and I don’t follow the diet 100% of the time. Even so, the difference has been night and day after just ONE month.
I used to think things like Accutane, face washing, antidepressants, or other medications were the only ways to deal with these problems. My experience has made me realize how much lifestyle and diet can affect how you feel and look. I used to follow retarded influencers like clavicular who push using drugs to look better while disregarding your health which is pretty backwards.
Obviously, after puberty, diet isn’t going to completely change your bone structure or turn you into a different person. But in my experience, it can make a huge difference in your energy, skin, libido, confidence, and mental clarity.
The biggest change for me has honestly been how clear-headed I feel. I find myself caring much less about what other people think, and I just feel more comfortable in my own skin.
If you’re considering trying a primal-style diet, give it a month or two and see how you personally respond.
I’ve included a couple of before-and-after pictures below.
