After years of observing this forum, I've concluded that both sides are wrong in the funniest possible way.
The blackpill claims that looks determine almost everything.
The whitepill claims that hard work and self-improvement can overcome almost anything.
Meanwhile reality is sitting in the corner watching both sides fight like two homeless scholars debating quantum physics.
Here's my theory:
Looks matter.
Not as little as the whitepill says.
Not as much as the blackpill says.
But enough to keep everyone permanently posting.
Think about it.
If the whitepill was completely true, every thread would be:
"Started gym."
"Got haircut."
"Life improved."
End of discussion.
Forum dies in a week.
If the blackpill was completely true, every thread would be:
"It's over."
End of discussion.
Forum also dies in a week.
Yet the forum has survived for years.
Curious.
The real fuel source is uncertainty.
Every guy here secretly believes he might be one skincare routine, one hairstyle, one body-fat percentage, one jaw angle, one canthal tilt, one millimeter of ramus length, and one Turkish hair transplant away from enlightenment.
That's why nobody leaves.
The blackpiller says:
"It's over."
Then proceeds to spend six hours analyzing facial aesthetics.
The whitepiller says:
"Just be confident bro."
Then spends six hours analyzing facial aesthetics.
Different religions.
Same priesthood.
The funniest part is that the average normie has no idea any of this exists.
He's walking around with asymmetrical eyes, average jawline, negative canthal tilt, random haircut from 2019, and a skincare routine consisting of water and divine intervention.
Yet somehow he still has friends.
Meanwhile forum users are zooming into photographs at 800% magnification trying to determine whether a shadow near the mandibular angle indicates genetic catastrophe.
Another thing I've noticed:
The forum treats attractiveness like a video game stat.
People talk as if life works like:
4/10 = condemned to eternal darkness
5/10 = peasant class
6/10 = acceptable citizen
7/10 = human rights unlocked
8/10 = respected philosopher
9/10 = demigod
10/10 = immediately appointed king of Earth
In reality, life is much more chaotic.
But chaos is boring.
Everybody wants a spreadsheet.
Everybody wants a formula.
Everybody wants certainty.
So they keep searching.
They measure.
They rate.
They compare.
They create increasingly advanced terminology.
At this point I wouldn't be surprised if someone discovered a new facial landmark and named it after a forum moderator.
Eventually I realized the final pill:
The blackpill and whitepill are not opposites.
They're a tag team.
The blackpill convinces you that looks matter.
The whitepill convinces you that improvement is possible.
Together they create the perfect infinite loop.
You become concerned enough to care and hopeful enough to never stop.
Which is why the most dedicated "it's over" posters are also the most dedicated self-improvers.
They claim defeat every morning and start a new optimization protocol every afternoon.
In conclusion:
If it was truly over, nobody would be posting.
If everybody was winning, nobody would be posting.
The forum exists because everyone is trapped in the sacred space between doom and hope.
A place where a man can simultaneously believe that genetics determine everything and that a new haircut will change his destiny.
The final pill is that the forum is powered entirely by men who are 50% hopeless and 50% optimistic at the exact same time.
If it was actually over, they'd quit.
If they actually made it, they'd leave.
Instead they're still here, discussing orbital vectors on a Tuesday night.
That's why the forum never dies.
