My airways are narrow and my face is recessed. I can't breathe properly

My airways are probably fucking narrow as shit. I literally struggle to breathe through my nose a lot of the time. I literally just cannot get air through it. No matter how much I sneeze it still feels stuck. I can't run while breathing through my nose at all. Idk if it's because I have snot inside my nose but I don't believe it's because of that. Even when my nose is empty it's still narrow. Often when I lie down on my stomach while sleeping I'm unable to breathe through my nostrils. I have to fucking use my mouth. When I use those nose opening sprays I breathe well but I can't use them forever. I once went on fucking reddit and asked for help with my fucking horrible acne skin and some REDDITOR IN EARLY 2023 asked me if I had breathing problems. MY FUCKING FUCKED UP AIRWAYS ARE VISIBLE FROM MY FACE. FUCING MOM FED ME GOYSLOP AND NOW I CAN'T EVEN BREATHE

Get septoplasty, I have the same issue but not getting it rn due to exams.
