My alternate methods for a successful path of money making (BUSINESS ONLY)

after working with my parents businesses, these are the most successful models I’ve seen.

1. Restaurant franchising (McDonald’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chick-Fil-A) these are guaranteed money makes if you do them in a popular area you just need a lot of capital get them started, just save and get a loan from the bank.

2. Car washes.
Easily underrated, they are a good way to build hella capital but just like the others requires capital to start, keep ur credit clean and work a regular job to save.

3. Immigration services.
To put it bluntly, you legally help get someone over to the US and in exchange you receive a part of their salary. (15-20%) this requires a lot of lawyers but the pay is well worth it from everything I’ve seen (profit in the millions)

4. Real estate.
Since all of these require capital I’d recommend starting in real estate to get involved in the business industry, you get paid in huge chunks so save one house sell and use that to add to a loan from the bank. Bet ur estate against any of these ideas too.

Morals should follow you anywhere, people are on here for all kinds of reasons.
When it comes to capital, you can either choose to get them involved and offer them a percentage or get a job, save > get ur real estate liscence -> sell ur first house and use ur commission to get a loan from the bank
Open a credit card when ur 18 tho too and just pays some small stuff off over time
You’ll need a real estate license which is pretty easy to get though

I’m not sure of ur age though so if ur in high school it’ll be easier to save
And yes study and go to college, if you can get a good finance job your capital will be obviously higher which means you won’t need to rely on a bank as much.

The ROI on a McDonald’s franchise is one of the highest, and how else would real estate agency’s function if they didn’t make any money and yeah attack my “IQ” because you’re too stupid to understand my points.
Arguing with you is futile, you can stay poor and “grounded” when all you are is a loser projecting you failed dreams and limited mindset onto others.
