Heart healthy, low cholesterol, debloating salad !
Ok so first of all you need some leafy greens as a base for your salad i usually use spinach
Then add a protein source, basically soy or foods rich in phytoestrogens!
Do not, i repeat do NOT use any other protein source other then soy because meat is unhealthy!
(Cholesterol, not enough vitamins and meat makes you look old)
Then add some veggies, but keep in mind that they cant have any seeds, add pumpkin seeds later !
Now pour some good old heart healthy canola/ sunflower oil, reverse aging and mog boyo !
