I literally injured myself second day working out again. I wasn't able to extend my arm for 2 days.

Now it's a lot better, ig I can continue tomorrow

it's fun for the most part get the 2-3years of natty gains and get to 10% and then just go like twice a week and maintain :ogre:

optimally i'd get my natty gains before 18 then hop on dut so my collagen and hair doesn't disappear and then consider it if i still think my zeek is sheit

Nah I’m gonna train naturally for 9-12 months of at least until I get the hang of dieting and training
I think I'll work out natty for a month and then start pinning test. I'm not really starting from 0, I used to have some muscle
