it's so crazy to see such lean muscular toned arms and pecs, it looks aesthetic af. Such a halo for my subpar face.

I am developing that BBC arms/guns lol.

It's the size of 60% of my head now, but toned and defined.

you should get into Bodyweight fitness/calisthenics

pull ups and chin-ups and dips mog bicep curls so hard

check out the book convict conditioning
