Im DYEL for now, but at least I got lean, to currently ~ 17% BF levels first time from idk 2017? ( I was like 21-25% recent years). So it's huge achievement, started some basic gym recently, earlier was just a bicycle, some pushups, walking much more & more protein less carbs I guess lol.
