Bf: 24.7%
Fat mass: 22.4kg
FFM:68.2kg
Muscle Mass: 64.8kg
TBW:47.5kg
TBW%: 52.4%
Bone mass: 3.4kg
(This was calculated by those scales that transmit a small shock through the body.)


BODY
Gym split : chest and tricep ; back, bicep, traps ; legs ; shoulder and forearm; lil bit of chest , back and arms.
Cardio : 10 min, 6 incline, 4.6 km/h and 10K/15k steps a day.

Skincare
Every 3 days I use this for exfoliation, removing blackheads, and cleansing the face.

Cold water in the morning, cold water at night and a Nivea moisturizer (I use it after a shave my beard too)

(i will probally buy Bb cream to fraud)

My Diet
I really can't do much about it. I'm studying, so my breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all from school; I always try to choose the lowest calorie option possible, with maximum of possible proteins, low carbs



In October I will start my 3 months Reta Cicle, 2mg per week.

I know I need to improve this routine. I cant spend too much money. So can u guys help me?

for me i just screenshot my food with chatgpt and it's semi accurate and you can track macronutrients too

warm water opens pores when doing skincare also you should include a retinal id recommend using both retinaldehyde and granactive retinoid but if you had to go for just one retinaldehyde is stronger but works better together tbh

Ofc, when I do my skincare I allways use warm water, I my iqlet ass forgot to write about it . Will search more about retinaldehyde

A primeira coisa é certificar que está comendo o mais limpo possível, mesmo estando ocupado, a pele excreta toxinas através de espinhas, o microbioma deve ser regulado através de uso de produtos naturais e alimentação correta, será necessário um déficit calórico alto pois você não tem nem 1,80m e tem 90 quilos, recomendo aumentar a ingestão de água para comer o menos possível quando sentir fome, para não perder massa muscular você deverá focar todas refeições e proteinas e gordura, para produção de hormônios necessária
