bro you have occlusal cant, usually that means ur maxilla is a bit tilted or only your teeth are. If only the teeth are tilted tads and braces can fix it and asymmetry would improve

How do u know this ?

okay the asymmetry can be because of postural things, pelvis, shoulders, neck. It can also be because of the occlusal cant with no maxillary tilt. Or then its skeletal where u usually need surgery. go to orthodontic or surgeon they know. but anyway you htn

if you have this, then this can make the asymmetry worse.

That’s skeletal and I think I have lateral pelvic tilt and forward head posture

im not completrly sure but it looks like there might be anterior pelvic and lateral pelvic tilt. i have anterior tilt also. train your glutes and abs hard at the gym, might help and stretch them
