1.5 years ago, when I used to sit down on my computer 10+ hours a day playing video games

Currently, only sitting on my computer for 8+ hours a day

I know I still have a lot to work on but it makes me feel a little bit better about myself

i think the only real reason id have to use it is if i want to slim down my nose, because my skin right now has no pimples, just slightly dark spots and oily skin

first part isnt true, my ears naturally got more pinned back as i got older, from 14-16
