Amazing progress. Would still drop more Body fat tho, and maybe consider getting potassium citrate or chloride to debloat.

Probably keeping protein at 200g while at 1800-2000 calories, eating protein is so OP bc the thermic effect of 30% for protein would mean that 100 calories of protein end up as only 70 usable calories and it keeps you so fucking full

Also eat calcium, would recommend some caisein protein powder you can just eat one small serving of with milk it’s like a little bowl of custard when u mix and has a shit ton of calcium enough for the whole day along with protein and generally low in calories

Imma go in a deficit but not too big because I’m still growing(I hope) just lots of protein and a shit ton of potatoes with skin on them 1000g of potatoes is 4250mg potassium + a banana which is another 400 also the potatoes are 770 calories 20g protein and 0.9g fat with a shit ton of good vitamins

2 tabs vitamin k2
1 multivatamin for males
1 magnesium
1 zinc
1 d3

Yeah, make sure to sleep max, vit d max and make sure to eat a lot of protein.

I’m praying man I haven’t grown for like 6 months I think
just dont cut eat as much as possible and workout, youll def grow if you induce the state in which your body grows, when you cut you're telling your body you dont have enough nutrients to sustain your mass, so youll lose mass, the body is very adaptable to its environment, maybe staying a bit chubby but just lifting weights was the better option. But still good on you for putting in the work, youll make it to 6'0 dude dont stress it.

Your probably right i just really want to get lean, do you think 2000 calories 200g of protein is okay? It won’t be cutting or bulking so maybe I can lose fat while growing seeing that I’m probably gonna be peaking in testosterone soon

if you want to grow i would eat more, what i said is common sense all of the people in my highschool/middleschool who were fat ended up being the strongest and largest people in the end, its a long game, if you dont want to get fat just play a lot of sports, big eating plus something like american football, soccer, and other sports will surely make you grow at your age. I get what you want to do, I wouldnt risk any growth though. even the tall skinnyfags were weak as fuck, not worth it in my opinion.
