So I’m 14, Pretty chubby with 25 percent body fat .ik ik it’s over. So I will be my trying to ascend,
I stand about 170cm and 74 kgs.So how will I?
Leanmaxxing:
For this it’s pretty simple ima just simply eat real food moderation meaning no bs crap. Diet mainly going to be moms cooking.
15 Minutes of cardio a day of walking after waking up.
I will be following my gym plan that I made on top of a daily goal of 10k steps.
Any other suggestions reply to this.
Eye area:
My eye ares is pretty decent ngl.
So I need to fix my eye bags (idk how to yet but. Will find. Out)
Fix my eyes somehow by doing some cope shit.
Jaw and lower third of the face:
This is when I just start doing all the bs mewing, bone smashing idk can’t think of any rn.
And train the jaw muscles.vn
2/3 of the face:
Bonesmash, Thumbpulling can’t think of the rest rn (will be writing The full plan on a notebook.
Hair:
Grow it out and use curling products.
No shampoo.
Height:
Sprints 2 times a week
Jump ropes
Fixing diet
This is something very basic, but will give an idea on what I’m aiming for. Once again any suggestions will be accepted High iq ofc.
