- Gymmaxing full body 3 times a week
- Sprintmaxxing for debloat & growth hormone 3 times a week, 6 days of physical exercise in total
- Neck maxxing (Neck Curls x Neck Extensions 3 times a week)
- Chewmaxxing for jaw width & developed jaw (Falım gum both sides 1 hour daily)
- Hairmaxxing (in works)
- Skinmaxxing (Based on the use of Bakuchiol + Sunscreen)
- Sleepmaxxing (8 to 9 hours)
- Hyoidmaxxing (Chin tucks the Bojack technique 30 seconds 5 reps daily)
- Supplementmaxxing (Creatine, D3+K2, Magnesium, Omega-3, Zinc)
Current rating is LTN, hoping this would take me to atleast High MTN
(if anyone would like to take heed from this feel free, this is basically what I'm left with at the end of rotting for 8+ months)
