Stage 1
I am 17, 6'3 and 18% bf AND a very low ltn. I am going to start reta and mt2 very soon. I have just recently started tropical minox. Once i am 10-12% bf i will start a cycle of 250-350mg of test E per week paired with other stuff maybe (I am not done researching pharmaceuticals but testosterone is definite).

Stage 2
December this year I will be getting braces which will be kept on for 12-18 months, then a lefort 1 surgery which will include a maxillary advancement + expansion. A slight maxillary CCW rotation and a bsso to fix lower jaw asymmetry. I have an appt with my surgeon soon. After my surgery and my braces come off, i will get my teeth whitened.

Stage 3
Then i will wait 6-9 months post surgery and look into getting a chin filler and a gonial filler or other lower jaw fillers to make my jaw appear wider and more masculine (again i am still researching on lower jaw fillers). I may also get a fat graft for my under eyes as even at a high bf you can still see my shitty under eyes jfl.

This will probably be 2-3 years as surgery is fucking ages away :cry::cry:

What do you recommend changing /adding to this plan?

I Will consider but i kinda dont have the money rn, got a job for next month though so i can wageslave for a couple months.

It's not jfl you have good misc and acc good bones except horseface through fucked up maxilla but you will look good with the height after getting to 10-12 bf.

Thanks i guess, remember these are my best photos, maybe not the side profile one but still.
But yeah the surgery is still needed for the maxilla. I have a mild underbite where my teeth clash when i bite down and a narrow palate.

tbh it's funny that the your midface being too oblong is mostly found in tall people.

Like 100% of people with this facial failo by having really long midface by ccw rotation happens to be 6'2+.

Needs to be observed.
