For Daily Routine :
06:00 Wake up
4 grams of potassium chloride
4 glasses of water
1h run & walk

- 10:00 prep breakfast 3 boiled eggs w tomatoes , lettuce , some watermelon and diet soda

5000 iu vitamin d3 1000mcg k2
200mcg selenium
15mg zinc
1500 mg magnesium
1 b complex pill
500mg NAC
1gr vitamin c
6gr MSM
(Any other recommendations?)

-11:00 prep for the gym
Hiit ppl split workout
2 x 25 minutes 15 incline 5 km/h Threadmill
(Abs and cardio on rest days)

-14:00 LDAR
(Last meal is 500gr of chicken breast with 100gr basmati rice )

- 18:00 Last 1h cardio
-19:00 Routine

- 22:00 Sleep
Plan:
Dermastamp brows lower eyelid and hair
3x,1x,1x a week
Castor & rosemary oil 2/week

Derma stamp lips and apply hyaluronic acid vaseline

Get highlights

Curl lashes with vaseline
