Why are you leanmaxxing when you're only 5'8 and potentially have more years of growth?
If I was 15 I would eat and sleep as much as possible to escape manletism.
If you're not above 5'11 it's over.

I grew like 4-5 inches after 15.
I never leanmaxxed, only went to the gym and ate whatever I wanted.

no it's not.
15-18 percent body fat is ideal for growth.
And that's not lean at all.

Either way 1700 calories per day won’t stunt shit. He’ll reach his genetic baseline either way unless he’s African child tier starving

MY ASCENSION PLAN.
stats:
age:15
height:5'8
weight:143 lbs, 63-64 kg
physique:slightly skinny fat (js slightly.)


1, leanmaxxing.
1700 calories daily
1 mile run daily and increase progressively a mile each week then stay at 3 miles daily run (if that makes sense)
140g of protein daily, and ill start playing football again.
n water, higher potassium intake and lowering sodium intake.


2, nosemaxxing.
0.05% tretinoin apply a pea-sized drop on the nose and rub in until absorbed before bed for 1-3 weeks.

3, eyemaxxing.
i will dye my eyebrows n dark brown and shape them positively tilted while grooming them every 2-3 days.

eyelashes, fraud with eyeliner or possibly tint them. ( i have already been complimented for my eyelashes)

for eye color i might fraud with contacts because i have shitty t30 eyes, lmk what color or lmk if u have any sugestions regarding eye contacts.


4,bonemass or Tmaxxing.

bonesmashing,sunlight exposure, Vitamin D3,Vitamin K2,Calcium, magnesium, boron, DIM and i might hop on ashwagandha.
(no roids unfortunately)
COLD SHOWERS, NOFAP.
and diet ofcourse.
