Here’s my current plan:

  1. Retatrutide – I ordered it to help suppress my appetite so I can stick to a calorie deficit. I also heard it might help boost metabolism, though I’m not 100% sure if that’s actually true just something I read in a few places.
  2. Dihexa – Planning to take this to help with brain function and possibly improve IQ. From what I’ve read, it helps with brain connectivity, but we’ll see how it goes.
  3. Gym Every Day – I’ll be hitting the gym daily to build muscle while I lose weight.
  4. Kickboxing – I’m also joining kickboxing for cardio and to actually learn how to fight properly. Plus, it’s just good conditioning overall.
  5. Physiotherapist – Going to one so I can fix how I walk. Right now I walk like a retard and I want to fix that.
After all this, I’m planning to get Bimax CW + sliding genio + buccal fat removal (which i have the money for i just want to softmaxx before doing surgery) to fix my mild SFS.

1500 calories everyday
that's why bro just do a 400 calorie deficit from ur maintenance and if u can't handle not snacking just skip out a meal so u can snack , also Meal prep for like 4days so u don't have to bother cooking so u don't go over ur calories with random meals

much better than losing it normally
maybe im wrong and If I am educate me but how is it better losing weight with a peptide then naturally?? I haven't really done much research into peptides

The fact that it also is possible it boosts your metabolism is crazy, i’ve saw a message by a buyer in the tele chat saying they feel super hot and burning in the first 2 weeks then it went away, could be the body adapting to the new metabolism boost? or im js low iq @dnrwarrior11

Discipline costs $0 and most of the pain you experience when you are developing the skill is in inhibiting your eat response the first few times.

Good, although you have to remember that this increases your computational capacity, not your thinking style. Of course, an expanded computational capacity can help you think in ways you haven't before but I'm just saying.

Can't say anything if I can't see your face, plus there are more people better qualified to talk about surgery than me.

Only issue is i’ve been trying to calorie deficit for 2 years almost and it goes great the first 1-2 weeks but then i fucking go in the rabbit hole and binge. I have a big ass appetite its literally like in my genes or some shit

Let the man take Reta bro, it has nearly 0 side effects if he doesn’t have discipline it doesn’t matter, I’m taking it at 16 and I’m perfectly fine
