Ok guys here is my plan to try to ascend this summer

The hardest part for me because I am a sugar addict but I will try to consume mainly :

- Cooked red meat
- Cooked eggs
- Fruits
- Raw milk
- And other animal products

I already have a good eye area but I can improve it with:

- Castor oil on eyelashes and eyebrows and maybe dye them black (since I'm blond it may be a little weird)
- Derma roller on eyebrows
- Volufiline for dark circles and uee (my eyes are already hooded but why not)

- Try the clay of based body works
- Haircut
- Maybe a wavy perm

I bought the based skincare to see what it's worth but it's mainly the diet that will have an effect on my skin

I have already tried 0.5% hydrocortisone but I will go to the 1%

- Vaseline
- Brush them
- Maybe volufiline on the upper one to make the philtrum appear shorter

- Coconut oil to whiten them

- Chin tucks
- Neck curl
- Train my neck
- Try an airofit

Many people will say that it's cope but personally I believe in it. 6 times at least spread over the whole day:

- Zygopulling
- Premaxilla Pushing
- Lateral thumbpulling routine of Jordan wood

- Sun exposure
- Grounding
- 3L of water per day
- Beauty quadrants
- 8h of sleep
- Fashionmax

For eye area just use minox then lower the dose to lose the bloat


And yeah don't dye them black, since you're blond for dark brown


All the rest is good, some cope but overall it's a good routine

Good but don’t dye them black, dye them dark brown

I once dyed my eyebrows black and looked hilarious for two weeks straight

Just get taz 0,1%, hydrating moistueriser, high spf,eat a balanced diet with some vitamin suplements, vaseline,volufiline,good sleep and haircut if needed and hydrocortisone 1%
 
Diet is cope sure bro
Unless youre eating mcdonalds and frozen pizza everyday the yes most people maybe just needs to get a bit more protein for muscle mass but i dont see any training in your plan. If its not for building muscle or losing fat its cope
