currently - 13% will cut down to 10%

volufine on under eyes with micro needling(prolly cope)
lumify eye drops for sclera


Bonesmash + neck training 3x a week
cope again likely not work


hydration 3-5L water daily

I am already m/hmtn and ill see where this takes me
ive already started everything ive listed

its fine people pin from 100 to 500 maybe even more idrk but 100-500 is a good range

well it prob would be since he is add eq and his test is also quite high adding less compound and less doses can help u use tren longer
