with long hair im a htn mainly because of good harmony since my bones are average
i think this will take me to borderline chadlite
(8k)-hair transplant: i have a natural nw2-3 and big neurocranium, when i have long hair w/ fringe or wear a hat alone i ascend because of the way the rest of my face is framed
(6k)-genioplasty: i have a bad chin shape and very slightly recessed
(3k)-lip lift: upper lip nonexistence from profile view and will reduce slightly long philtrum length
(12k)-custom infraorbital-malar implant, not only are my cheeks very flat but lack of laterla projection means my big neurocranium means the width between my temples is greater than that between my zygos
(5k)-rhino- shift the dorsal hump to the nasion
maybe after that one eye surgery will fix my eyes
depending on how strong the jawline is affter the rhino I may go for submental plication or very minor jaw angle implants, gonial angle could stand to be 5-10 degrees lower imo
