Currently at 24% bf as per reports, get down to 14% before 2026 by losing 2.2lbs/ 1kgs of fat every 10 days minimum.
This would lead me to 14% bf after losing 9 kgs. I have more than enough muscle mass due to years of training so muscle isn’t really an issue but I expect to lose around 1.5kgs muscle mass max along with fat as that’s reasonable loss. 3kgs of muscle of loss would occur if not trained well enough and if there’s a deficit in protein intake.
Next coming to face, I’m getting my beard fixed atm dermatological treatment is working, I hope to get the full beard (it’s at 80% currently) by the beginning of the year.
I’m currently on Invisalign correcting my right incisor which is laterally directed. Treatment would be complete by December. Teeth Whitening on Jan.
This for the moment is my ascension priority and goals.
