if your muscles are tingling/feel numb, arent functioning as they should be and are going limp on you, have pain shooting down your leg, and have bowel or bladder dysfunction you should probably go see a doctor since you might've hit the sciatic nerve in your leg like a total jackass when pinning lol

today I slept through the night easily with much less pain

but I still struggle to walk properly and limp when I walk

I can sit and everything but when i stand up or lie down for example i have to make weird movements because the muscle hurts
