My average night in 2019, how did I not see type-2 diabetes hitting me hard

I was in Chennai after a long day of work making french toast, white bread sauted in tons honey and omelette accompanied with bournvita mixed in homogenized milk with 3 tbsp of sugar after popping some estrogen and spironolactone in milk because I read transmaxxing can give you 100% hair regrowth. Then binging late night on choco lava cake ordered from Zomato and camsexing with my gf, half the time unable to cum because of the estrogen. And smoke a 10-pack goldflake before sleep.

I shudder to think about getting back to shit like that again. It never occurred to me before that brain fog, muscle weakness and memory loss was a real thing.

I suspect I have had it since 2017 since there were mild symptoms since then, at least pre-diabetes, but its conclusive now, just a couple weeks back. However, I think it's reversing, a knife wound while cooking has healed in just a couple weeks and it would usually take months to do so. And the bald patch on my right leg is growing back. I will reverse it entirely in a year and get myself tested again and prove that the medical fraternity is a capitalistic scammer. I know if I depend on prescriptions, I will merely be on insulin and metformin and in a rabbit hole. Type-1 is a serious condition, Type-2 is a lifestyle disease and promoting it as irreversible is the politico-corporate nexus manifesting itself.

Still solid motivation though, looksmaxxing/ leanmaxxing isn't an option anymore, the stick works better than the carrot
