I'd honestly say try to spend less time online since you're still in school and might have some social opportunities. Once high school is over and you're a bunch of years into adulthood your social opportunities drastically decline. Don't go too hard in the gym either and avoid overtraining/ pushing yourself too far. One real injury can fuck you up for life and require surgery and might never be the same even after that
