Fuck the gym man, I realized its cope but I cant recover from the damage of squatting heavy asf, even if im manlet. Such a Stupid me.
Any tips to improve back health

Calisthenics is the answer, learn to start strengthening your back and incorporate things like back bridges, look for the bodyweight alternative, ie. pistol squats are very challenging and wall sits are great alternatives to using heavy weights.
