My bald spot is completely covered and my hair is back

I had a huge bald spot on my crown.

Now I know for sure the cure for balding is Minox+Derma. I am ditching the fin, may work for many but not for me, completely useless. I have EXPLOSIVE growth with just derma once a week+5% minox once a day. Like 2 weeks back, it was a bald spot, today it is a 1cm buzzcut in the entire region and can't even tell unless in harsh sunlight (I think).

Dude the entire point of fin is not to regrow hair, it’s to maintain what you already have. If anything regrowth agonists like min and dermarolling are not a cure on their own because balding will continue to progress without fin, dut, or ru.

Maybe I had better retain my fin. 1mg/day doesn't hurt much anyway. Never even had significant side effects.

You definitely need to stay on fin unless your hair loss was caused only by something other than male pattern baldness. Especially now that you have new growth that’s worth hanging on to.

If you do have some slight sides you want to mitigate you can always lower the dose and still inhibit 80-90% as much dht as a 1mg dose (there’s charts with the specific numbers if you google it)
