500 is still good, test isnt that strong just take some aromasin

But if youre reslly worried about growth plates you could just start at 500 just to feel it out with a short ester like p then lower it to a trt dose, like 100-200 and throw in some tren. But that of course requires some research as tren is bad if done wrong, but if you wsnna know more about it i wrote a thread on tren like a week ago and i belive aryan incel made a thread on it a fee months ago
