I thought that, but I'm very high t (jaw mogger, facial hair, good muscle insertions) so I dont think it's true.
I read high t is also to do with the endocrine system which isn't exclusively your balls.
Big balls also typically mean there's more sperm in them, not necessarily more testosterone being produced
