Usually I would take a smoothie made up of milk, yoghurt, bananas and peanut butter. Pretty lame, but around 600 calories
However, tomorrow I'm taking juice. 3 bananas and 2 oranges. That's all that would fit.
This will be alongside 2100 calories of nuts and raisins
